Job Duties
- Prepare detailed parts invoices.
- Maintain inventory and cleanliness of the inventory storage area and yard.
- Handle parts requirements of customers through counter service and sales.
- Must be able to work 40+ hours, with additional hours required during peak seasons.
- Build and maintain customer relations
- Verify receiving shipments by checking order against packing list.
- Assist in keeping parts clean and shelf section area stocked and orderly.
- Must be able to operate a forklift to move parts in and out of warehouse and parts department.
- Must be able to do heavy lifting of equipment parts and tools as required from time to time.
- Able to interact effectively with co-workers.
- Able to understand and comply with posted rules and procedures.
- Generate parts sales.
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
- Assemble sales products for showroom/ displays
- Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and procedures.
- Participate in all manner of store maintenance.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
- Load / Unload trucks
- Performs other duties as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Online shipping, tracking, and receiving experience utilizing FedEx, UPS, Purolator, and DHL.
- Working experience in Shipping and Receiving/Parts role preferred.
- Able to communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Knowledge of filling out waybills and bills of landing and international shipments.
- Working knowledge of safe packing methods.
- Demonstrated ability to operate material handling equipment including forklift truck.
- Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently.
- Attention to detail in all areas of work.
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
Work Conditions
- Travel may be required.
- Monday through Friday.
- Overtime as required.
- Lifting or moving up to 50lbs may be required.
- Hazards associated with the trade.
- May be exposed to high levels of noise.

- $22-26 per hour depending on experience
