Summary
We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team in our Oliver location. The Service Advisor will be responsible for supporting the daily operations including both the Service and Parts departments.This position acts as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring accurate service documentation, timely communication, and efficient coordination of parts and service activities.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for Service work order processing and invoicing as signed off by Operation Manager.
- Generate regular internal monthly service work orders.
- Input file data in database for new and existing customers
- Keep Ops Manager apprised of any service concerns.
- Verify data, invoicing to customers and payment methods prior to invoicing.
- Type forms, letters, reports & memos as necessary.
- Organize, maintain & coordinate service records & files in their proper locations.
- Promoting/assisting with marketing and support customer service for the department
- Service customer follow-up calls as directed by the Operation Manager.
- Contact customers prior to their warranty end date & assisting the Operation Manager in scheduling service appointments.
- Assist service campaigns with information regarding all Manufacturer portals and providing the campaigns to the Operations Manger.
- Practicing & enforcing company Safety policies
- Assisting with Parts & Service accounts recievable as required
- Assist warranty administrator with processing of warranty claims which may include submission, follow up, appeals, and assisting in closing warranty work orders with the Operations Manager and warranty administrator when deemed necessary or directed.
- Keep customers up to date on all ongoing work.
Requirements
- Post-Secondary Education or combination of related experience and skills
- Experience in a service, parts, or dealership environment preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and/or industry knowledge considered an asset
- Proficient in computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license
Work Conditions
- Fast-paced service office and shop environment
- Frequent interaction with customers, technicians, and internal departments.
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends during peak seasons as required
- Occasional physical activity, including lifting parts and operating equipment (e.g., forklift)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move parts and equipment as required
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and desk work
- Manual dexterity required for computer and administrative tasks
Compensation
- $28-$35 per hour depending on experience
